There is no shop to visit: we are an online clearance warehouse, which is where the price difference comes from. Trade, resale and bulk orders go through the wholesale page.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET! IS IT LOST?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then take up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships, so check that first. If it still has not arrived, email theteam@clearancewarehouse.asia with your order number and we will chase it. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order ships, we email you the tracking number. That is usually within 2 working days of your order.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP LOCATION?
No. We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom, which is part of how we keep prices down.
DO I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER?
You will be sent a receipt by email after payment is made. You will also get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Standard delivery is free on orders of SGD 50 or more, and SGD 22 below that. We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Express delivery is also offered at checkout: express orders are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Remote and regional addresses may take longer, and working days leave out weekends and public holidays.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?
All prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD), and that is what you pay at checkout.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
You can pay by credit or debit card through Stripe, or with PayPal.
What should I include in an order enquiry?
Include the order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send card details.
Where can I track a parcel?
Use the Track Your Parcel page and the tracking information emailed when the order ships.
