Where we deliver

We deliver across Singapore. For an address outside this area, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and cost.

What delivery costs

Standard delivery across Singapore is free on orders of SGD 50 or more after discounts; below that, delivery costs SGD 22.

Express delivery costs SGD 22 on every order, including orders eligible for free standard delivery. Express orders are dispatched within 1 working day, then delivered in 3 to 5 working days.

Your available delivery options and final charge are shown in the basket before payment.

How long it takes

Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then delivered in up to 7 working days by tracked courier.

Delivery estimates are working days counted from dispatch. Remote addresses may take longer. If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before buying.

Tracking and separate parcels

We email your tracking details when your parcel ships. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. You can follow your parcel on our tracking page.
